Flipping Beds in the Homestead Garden - Between Seasons

This week, we're discussing the transition period between garden seasons here in Florida. It's much too hot for some of our favorite growing, so its out with the old. But we're not quite ready to bring in the new. We're flipping garden beds as we dream for growing in cooler temps.
