From Panic Attacks to Packing Boxes Mini-Episode
In this mini-episode, I'm switching things up a bit and sharing more about my writing process and the challenges of being in the messy middle of life. With my family going through a big change, including a move and my husband's job switch, I'm feeling overwhelmed and struggling to keep up with everything. On top of it all, my chronic illness makes it difficult to do even simple tasks like brushing teeth and light painting. But I'm learning to embrace the messy middle and take things one step at a time.If you're going through a difficult time or feeling stuck in the middle, I hope this episode helps you feel seen and heard. And if you have any feedback or thoughts on the show, I'd love to hear from you!For more Sharing The Mddl:Submit your own question for advice.
