A Boston Attorney & Professor of Law at the University of Galway believes Donald Trump faces his most difficult battle to date in his latest indictment. The former President pleaded not guilty to four federal charges of attempting to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election at a Washington Court last night. If convicted on all four counts, Trump could potentially serve up to 55 years in prison , although he would still be eligible to bid for nomination as the Republican party's next presidential candidate. However Professor Larry Donnelly, has told Clare FM's Morning Focus that he believes the court of public opinion could soon turn against the Donald.
