Ghosting: A Good Leadership Trait or a Bad One?
It’s popular to talk about avoiding those you believe are in your personal space in a bad way, are critical of you, or so you perceive them to be…and the goal to avoid any kind of conflict. Usually these are family members that you have gotten crossways with. And then there’s the boss who doesn’t tell you exactly what they expect or what you are doing wrong, but you know they aren’t happy. So, there’s no conflict, you don’t hear from them, they don’t return calls or texts but the lack of closure doesn’t sit right with you. And when is that boss going to finally end it all for you?
