Recipes below.Summer Haze2 oz Bourbon1/2 oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia1/2 oz Strawberry Syrup1 oz Lemon Juice2 Dashes Lavender Bitters1 Egg White<br/>Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Double Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a strawberry slice and a sprig of mint.Gin Pineapple Kir2 oz Gin3 oz Pineapple Juice1/2 oz Lemon Juice1/4 - 1/2 oz Creme de Casis<br/>Pour Creme de Casis directly into the bottom of an empty collins or highball glass. In a separate mixing glass combine the gin, pineapple juice and lemon juice. Stir to combine. Fill cocktail glass with ice to the top. Slowly pour gin mixture into glass. Add straw. Stir cocktail before consuming.
