Grief: A beautiful pain. Love in its depths of heartache.

On todays episode I talk about grief and pain. Grief is something I have been going through in the last few years due to all of my grandparents passing away. The pain is unreal AND that means the love was strong and powerful. I talk about those who I have lost in my life. It was up until 2016 that I only lost my dog Ketchup, in 2012, then tragedy struck when my cousins were murdered by someone they trusted in 2016. That was devastating. Then the lost of my 3 grandparents in 2021, and my most recent my Gram in March 2023, which has been the hardest. <br/><br/>- Grief is beautifully heartbreaking<br/>- We need to feel it and move through it and not sit with it<br/>- The deeper we grief the harder we loved<br/>- Soulmates and soul connection<br/>- Our loved ones want us to be happy and live our lifes<br/><br/><br/>
