As travelers hit the road in record numbers this summer, some travel across Wisconsin by other means. Whether or leisure or necessity, hundreds of thousands of passengers ride Amtrak's Empire Builder train every year, and simultaneously enjoy unique perks while also frequently dealing with frustrating delays.
