Holy F I’m 40: 3 Life Lessons + a vulnerable share

It felt a bit surreal planning out this episode and writing the title, because I still feel like I’m 25.<br/>I joke with friends that any time there’s a baby or young children around I’m still the one looking for the adult to make sure that we’re all still supervised!<br/>I am excited and nervous to be sharing this episode with you and to be able to share on a more personal and vulnerable level.<br/>I’ve really been reflecting on my life so far and how I feel about turning 40, the lessons I’ve learnt up til now and the things that I’m grateful for and I want to share them with you.<br/>I know that I love hearing about what goes on inside others' brains, what makes them tick and what life looks like for them and how we each navigate through life in our own way.<br/>I am anxiously awaiting your feedback and would love for you to DM me over on IG with your thoughts.
