How to Break the Cycle and Finally Accept Yourself
Episode20: How to Break the Cycle and Finally Accept Yourself Explicit This week's topic is so critical for having healthy relationships. It really is the foundation for everything. We cannot continue to expect others to give us the love we are unwilling to give ourselves. My guest Jen McCutcheon and I have a beautiful discussion about breaking out of the cycle of self sabotage and finally accepting ourselves. What a beautiful way to live!To truly accept ourselves we need to let go of needing validation from others. We must be able to show ourselves compassion and let go of judgement towards ourselves. We all need love and support and it's ok to reach out to others. There is no shame in that. It's ok to take a break. It's ok to get help. Self love is not selfish, it is in fact mandatory for our wellbeing and the wellbeing of everyone around us. Jennifer McCutcheon is a Consciousness Coach, owner of Truly Connected who specializes in helping mothers of children struggling with addiction reclaim their lives. She is passionate about empowering women. Using customized tools, including mindfulness, movement, and self love, Jen strives to reconnect women with their true identity, confidence and power. Guiding beautiful souls in living purposeful, joy-filled, and authentic lives. If you would like to learn more about Jen you can check out these links:WebsiteInstagramFacebook
