How to Progress Your Workouts and Your Mind to Achieve Lasting Success
Progress is incrementally doing things that help you move towards achieving your goal.<br/><br/>From a workout perspective this means improving your workouts. By improving, I mean progressing them based on the criteria of your goal. 1 rep by 1 rep you can improve what you are doing and slowly but surely see lasting changes.<br/><br/>From a routine perspective it is about taking small actions that help build your routine, it could be slowly adding times/days you go to the gym.
