Humbly Invoking the Blessings of Almighty God

The Texas Constitution opens with these words: “Humbly invoking the blessings of Almighty God, the people of the State of Texas, do ordain and establish this Constitution.” As we celebrate our nation’s independence, on this week’s Liberty Cafe Bill discusses how Texas and Texans might build on this foundation to better experience the blessings of God.
