Your identity is your sense of who you are. it is made up of everything that you identify with. Its most powerful influence are your beliefs about yourself because how we think about ourselves determines our relationship with everything else. Most people are extremely limited in their view of themselves. and If you're here right now you're probably looking for something more. No matter who you are, the only way to the fullness of who you really are is to develop flexibility in your identity. Flexibility in our identity sets us free. Free to choose our thoughts and feelings, free to choose who we want to be, free to be the fullness of who we really are (and for a lot of folks it's about being bigger than we even think we can be.
