Investing in Youth with Christina Oldfather

Christina Oldfather is the Workforce Development Director at Rabble Mill, a 501c3 working with Nebraska youth to achieve belonging, purpose, and upward mobility. Christina is building workforce development programs that create opportunity for youth ages 16-22 to either: go to college, get a job, or start a business. These new programs also help build the talent pipeline that Nebraska desperately needs. Previously, Christina served as the Director of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Lincoln Partnership for Economic Development, where she started the LaunchLNK program and several other initiatives to support entrepreneurs.
