Island Life ft. Murad Holliday (Gahanna Lincoln High School)

The "Island Life" is a mantra built by Defensive Coordinator Murad Holliday many years ago. It is meant to describe the culture and competitive spirit he looks for in defensive backs that play within his system. This episode starts off with the "All Gas Awards" looking at the most dominant RB's ever in the NFL and the most dominant team from the 2010's. We then get into talking about defensive back play and "The Process."
