Jaylissa Lea: Retired at 29-My Story

In this week’s episode I want to get more personal with everyone and talk about where I came from and my journey up until now. My motto is that you can have it all. You can pursue hobbies, relationships, adventures, while still earning income that doesn’t come from trading away all of your time. In this episode I want to discuss how I discovered the passive income stream that allowed me to retire at 29. I want to encourage others to really think about how they want to live their lives, because we’ve all been raised to go to school, get that steady 9-5, and climb the corporate ladder. And many who have strayed from that tradition, including me, did so through entrepreneurship. But I quickly found out it wasn’t much better than that 9-5 I was running from.
