On today’s short-and-sweet episode, where I provide you with a tool that you can use today to improve your life or feel better in some way, I’m going to suggest to you that you Just Stop. Just STOP doing it.  
We’ve been hearing “just do it” for decades, but today I’m saying “Just STOP doing it.”
