Karan Ferrell-Rhodes Part 1

This week we begin a 3 part discussion with Karan Ferrell-Rhodes about leadership in the current organisational environment. Karan is an organisational strategist who is, in her own words, obsessed with up-leveling leadership capability and optimizing workforces to do their best work. This introductory session looks at the relevance/value of HR specific sections in the workplace as well as how her business, Shockingly Different Leadership, begins the journey with an organisation to implement leadership strategies.
