Endoskopische Komplikationen und vor allem deren Management haben sich im letzten Jahrzehnt dramatisch gewandelt – vor allem Perforationen werden heutzutage vorwiegend endoskopisch gelöst. In den ersten beiden Teilen erzählt uns Ulrike Denzer, wie wir Perforationen in Ösophagus und Kolon managen und wie meist eine Operation vermieden werden kann. Sie berichtet über eine eigene Fallserie und über eine neue Anwendung einer etablierten Technik auch bei akuten Ösophagusperforationen. Nur in der post-ERCP-Pankreatitis hat sich nichts geändert - wirklich? Henrike Lenzen stellt eine neue Metaanalyse und eine Erfassung in Österreich über die Risiken im Alltag vor. Weiterhin reden wir über die Evidenz zur Pankreatitis-Prophylaxe mit NSAR-Zäpfchen, Hydratation und Pankreasstents.
