Last Drinks, First Books and Belly Laughs With Maz Compton
Maz Compton, host of the Last Drinks podcast, talks about the launch of her new book, Last Drinks. Looking back, Maz never would have imagined that she'd become a public advocate promoting the benefits of an alcohol free life in Australia. 8 years on since her last drink, Maz is doing that just that. She is a trailblazing force in Australia's sober movement, utilising her podcast and new book to interview Australian celebrities, experts and everyday people on their choice to life life alcohol-free. Maz's down-to-earth, non-judgmental, relatable approach infused with humour and personal experience has been an inspiration to many to take a break from alcohol or at least to question the role that they would like alcohol play in their life. Here we discuss, why Maz gave up alcohol in 2015, what she loves the most about her sober life and what her new Last Drinks book means to her. Last Drinks is out now.

https://www.mazcompton.com
https://www.instagram.com/mazcompton/
https://www.instagram.com/lastdrinkspod/Megan Webb: https://glassfulfilled.com.au
Instagram: @glassfulfilled

Isabella Ferguson: https://isabellaferguson.com.au
Instagram: @letstalkalcoholaustralia
Instagram: @kidsandalcohol
