 In this episode, I sit down with the experienced leader, entrepreneur, and advisor Anniken Fjelberg Anniken Fjelberg is a serial entrepreneur with extensive track record from a broad range of sectors from 25 years in Norway and internationally. As a strategist facilitating processes for her clients, together with her substantial board work experience, she is used to flexing between long term visions and short term goals. Anniken has been investing time and capital in the startup scene for the past 10 years as co-founder of one of Norway’s largest tech hubs, 657 Oslo, and as venture partner in the global tech accelerator Antler. Today, she works as Associate Partner in Sprint Consulting where she supports her client’s management teams and executive boards, alongside advising entrepreneurs on their growth journey. She’s also an established speaker and moderator.<br/><br/>In this episode, Anniken shares her thoughts on collaboration for innovation, emphasizing the importance of having a supportive environment and community as an entrepreneur, especially during vulnerable times.
