This week we talk about why don't we like leaving our comfort zone, how it can create anxiety leaving it and how can we become better at stepping outside of it?Fear comes in many different forms and can often create anxiety. Your brain doesn't know good from bad, it only knows uncomfortable and comfortable. This week we delve into the psychology behind fear, where it comes from and share our personal experiences with how, for us, fear has lead to anxiety. Maddy shares her deep, raw experiences with anxiety in the past and how she has leant into it, to help her level up and become a bigger, better version of herself.
