It is very #important today more than any other day the #discussion on linguistic Quality control in the midst of our hyper-technology #evolution that we are currently witnessing, training, and educating #Linguistic #revisors that can assist in maintaining a high degree of language quality is very important. In this episode we go back to basics for a short while, I had a very interesting discussion with my podcast guest Brian Mossop who highlights the #revision #techniques and the teaching of the revision methods. Who is Brian Mossop? Brian was a translator, reviser, and trainer at the Canadian Government’s Translation Bureau from 1974 to 2014. He continues to be a contract instructor in revision and specialized translation at York University in Toronto. He is the author of the textbook Revising and Editing for Translators, now its fourth edition, and he regularly runs revision workshops in Canada and abroad.Watch the full interview here: https://youtu.be/hXV0yG0PZwAHere is Brian's book 4th editionhttps://www.routledge.com/Revi....sing-and-Editing-for options to watch the videos or listen to the audio podcast.1- YouYube channel: https://lnkd.in/gtEFdUjt 2- Spotify: https://lnkd.in/g2-mQNmG3- RSS.com https://lnkd.in/gtVvakxk4- Boomplay: https://lnkd.in/g7Yaare95- https://lnkd.in/gGcrH3Jm6- iheart: https://lnkd.in/gPTrKHhs7- Stitcher: https://lnkd.in/gT_2B7CT8- Amazon: https://lnkd.in/g9gB2wh79- Google Podcast: https://lnkd.in/ghJb9S7N10-TuneIn: http://tun.in/ps6zM11- Apple Podcast: http://surl.li/hfcnw12: Castbox: http://surl.li/hfcoo#translation #translators #language
