Lost in the Pickleball Jungle? PLUS To Target or Not To Target
Thanks for joining us on Pickleball Therapy - the podcast dedicated to your pickleball improvement. If you have not yet subscribed to the podcast ... wait what?? you haven't subscribed? ... you know what to do.You really have to start from a point of a different perspective than the one that perhaps you're used to.Winning and losing as a metric may not be helpful- It's how we basically score the games. And a better metric is what you come to play for. As long as you're getting those things, you're getting what you came for. In this episode I'll give you some suggestions on how you can reframe what you're going through and perhaps feel a little differently about the way you're playing pickleball and about your relationship with the sport in general, not just each time you play.In the Riff, I talk about targeting, where you target a particular player in match play, when it's the right thing to do and when it should be reconsidered.
