Mark 6:1-30. Following Christ Will Not Be Easy

At Walnut Park we as a church family are committed to following Christ and helping others follow Christ. This morning we will look at three different teaching moments Jesus had with his disciples so that they would be ready for lives as followers of Christ. Christ’s followers need to know that discipleship is not for the faint of heart. There’s a level of commitment in the face of hardship that is required in order for us to prepare, find our purpose, and persevere. Take a few moments to read Mark 6:1-30. Believer, pray that God will use His Word to strengthen you as a follower of Christ.
