Imagine that you’re in recline on a bed of spun silk,Cool and soft to the touch,And woven so fine.LONG PAUSEAs you lie on the soft silk bedCalmness grows around youLike plants in a garden. And your thoughts clenched like a fistin your mind,Let go and soften.LONG PAUSEAnd the more your skinSinks deep into the silkLavishing in how it feels, all your body tension melts. And the softness you embracethrough every fiber that’s youOpens your body to movementwith gentle grace through and through.Imagine you’re a butterflyRising from the silken bed Your arms turn into wings,To the sky they spread.PAUSEYour wings are magnificentlike no otherThey sing together,A mosaic of bright colors.PAUSEAs your wings rise with a breath of air beneath themYou glide along relaxed and lightTo the nearest flower’s stem.PAUSEYou make your way to The heart of the roseAnd each satiny petal softens your your bodyand calls your soul.PAUSEAnd you sip the nectar of the rose, the liquor of the divine, and snuggle deep inside the petalsenjoying the sublime.PAUSEAs you wait for another breezeto lift your wings above,You see high in the treesA snowy white dove.PAUSEThe dove nods her understandingIn a way that you hear itYou feel overwhelming loveAnd a connection to Spirit.PAUSEThe time comes to take flightTo say adieu to this roseAnd then glideTo the next sight.PAUSEOff to a daffodil,a blazing yellow blossom, swaying to and fro,A sweet treasure in her column.PAUSEAnd as you alighton the top of the flowerYou notice a bee, a honeybee,‘neath the daffodil’s tower.PAUSESo you descend to the daffodil’s cushiony petals,Spread out your wings Into the softness,To rest just a little.PAUSEWhile the bee goes to workKissing her flowerMaking Mother Nature’s elixir So you bless her and allow her.PAUSEThen the bee flies away, and it’s your time to drinka natural cocktailFrom the flower’s brink.PAUSEAnd the rest and the drinkrestore your power, And off you sail to Your next garden flower.PAUSEWhile sailing across the garden in summer A wood fairy joins youAnd you soar through nature’s colors.PAUSEThe fairy’s wings flutterLike glittery green glassAnd she kindly offersto help with your task.PAUSESo together you coastAnd she leads you to a meadow with flowers swaying in the wind,And trees casting shadows.PAUSEPurple, gold and white bloomsdot the land as for milesIt’s beautiful and invitingSo you thank the fairy
