Menstruation and the Midlife Woman with Dr Talat Uppal
Most of us can probably remember the first time we menstruated. And although a woman will menstruate every month for approximately forty years of her life, no two women will have the same experience.

Many midlife women find as menopause comes into the picture, that things can get complicated. Today we catch up with Dr Talat Uppal. Dr Uppal is a Obstetrician/gynaecologist and Director of Women’s Health Road, a holistic health practice for women in Sydney, Australia. She has some very simple advice to help us navigate menstruation in midlife and beyond. It’s good to know that we don’t have to suffer with irregular or heavy bleeding as long as you put yourself at the top of the list and take care of yourself Remember, love yourself, love others, tell them often. Until next time. Thank you for listening!
