Our mind is a powerful thing. It basically dictates how we experience most of our waking hours. Our beliefs, experiences and physiology make up our thought patterns. We know that caffeine or stress makes the thoughts move fast. Sugar, booze or hormones can make our mood dark. What most people don't realize is that we have a choice when it comes to our thoughts. And what we tend to focus on, we may bring more of into our lives - good or bad. <br/><br/>It is no secret that maintaining a positive mindset can be rather difficult amidst the ups and downs of your fertility journey. It is completely normal to experience a wide range of emotions like guilt, shame, fear, etc, especially when so many factors are outside of your control. However, reframing your thoughts can make a tremendous impact not only on your health and fertility, but also your quality of life. <br/><br/>Today’s session is about manifestation and how you can use mindfulness to help you on your path to a baby.
