By understanding how these minerals react with one another, you can control your body’s ability to produce energy and balance your hormones. <br/><br/>If minerals are affected by hormones can minerals in turn affect hormone levels?<br/><br/>When we think of ‘hormones’ what are we usually concerned about -well I work with so many women and will hear them say <br/>My hormones are a wreck <br/>Or my hormones are driving me crazy<br/><br/>Rarely if ever will I hear the men directly say such things.
