In recent, it has been shown that depression is the killer in most of the people suffering from mental health problems. Unresolved heartbreaks, emotional, sexual and physical abuse, life issues etc. In this episode we shall talk about Depression N/B: I am not a psycho-therapist and this is not a therapy session! I am just talking about depression to pass a vital information, educate and raise an awareness.
