I've held my voice back for so long!<br /> In this first voice note, I just followed the impulse to speak whatever was on my mind that day. This was the first time I did this, and had not even thought of sharing it with anyone at all (so please excuse my excessive use of "Oh my god" and some other random annoying sounds. It's so funny how one thought leads to another... how talking about my voice led me to talking about old home videos and how "obnoxious" I thought little kid me was to how moving from one country and culture to another affected me as a child... and other random thoughts that came up as I simply allowed myself to say whatever came up. The interesting thing is how often this sort of thing will happen when you allow yourself to just express what is going on inside of you without trying to control it or make it be what you think it should be!
