In this session, Ajahn Kovilo speaks about "supercharging" one's practice of taking refuges and precepts through adding the simple line "For the Benefit and Happiness of All Beings..." ("Sabbasattānaṃ hitāya sukhāya ...") before one's recitation. Ajahn Kovilo suggests a further helpful formula "For their own benefit and happiness, may all beings take refuge in the Buddha [that which is awake and knows]!" ("Attānaṃ hitāya sukhāya sabbe sattā buddhaṃ saraṇaṃ gacchantu!") for wishing others well.
