Ovulation Advent Calendars: An Unexpected Christmas
It's a new month with a new theme! We are deviating from the Hallmark formula (and everyone) by doing Christmas in August. Most people do Christmas in July but we are forging our own holiday riddled path. Our first Christmas movie is: An Unexpected Christmas, starring Tyler Hynes as Jamie, a writer who's going home for Christmas to see his family, but 'forgot' to tell them that he broke up with his girlfriend Emily, played by Bethany Joy Lenz. In this episode: our dream selves get in a fight over the use (or lack of) semicolons, but we agree that taking the body of Christ would be easier if he were in a chocolate baby Jesus form, and concur that nothing says getting pregnant for the lord like inflatable lawn figures. We are counting the days on our Balsam Hill TM Ovulation Advent Calendar and hope you join us for all the joy we glean over a month that is nowhere near Christmas. But we are doing the unexpected in August, which makes An Unexpected Christmas perfect as our first movie.
