Past behaviour: listener question

I was chatting to the sister of someone I knew 30 years ago.She mentioned that her brother felt there was something off with me back then.I felt denial rise and fall.Before I replied saying something like well I'm in a better space now.But then came a sense of dread - was it that obvious that I was fucked up?I was oblivious to it. Was I that bad?<br/><br/>
