Philadelphia Attempts to Pin Rampant Violence on Local Gun Shop Owners

Full Hour | In today’s third hour, Dom welcomes attorney Wally Zimolong back onto the Dom Giordano Program to discuss why he’s now representing multiple local gun shops as Philadelphia prepares to sue for allegedly selling firearms to ‘straw purchasers.’ Zimolong explains why he believes this to be an effort by Philadelphia to defer blame away from themselves and new policies implemented by District Attorney Larry Krasner which has allowed a lack of accountability for criminals, leading to relatively astronomical crime numbers. Then, Dom welcomes in well-known actor Kirk Cameron, who's now regularly sitting atop best-sellers list for children's books with his As You Grow, released last year, and this year's Pride Comes Before the Fall, two great books that he hopes brings morality into the lives of children. This weekend, Cameron and Brave Books will be hosting 'See You At The Library,' a nationwide event featuring prayers, songs, and readings of Brave Books at libraries throughout the country. This has been met with pushback from the American Libraries Association, with the self-proclaimed marxist organization looking to censor the events while encouraging Drag Queen Story Hours at local libraries. Cameron tells us all about the events, which listeners can find locally in Haddon Township, Telford, and in Northern Delaware, and explains how his faith has directed his career since his time spent on beloved sitcom Growing Pains.
