POSITIVITY!!

it's been a good week. had a meeting with the mental health team, very good chat which has given me a lot of thoughts about how to help myself. Eleanor had a good service and now runs awesomely. real chance for me to get on to a course for Digital Marketing. I want to do a sky dive to raise money for the MS society, need to speak to the doctor first, but, if it's possible then I want to do it, chance of a lifetime if that happens.
