Recipes below.Summer Daze2 oz Gin1/2 oz Amaro Nonino Quintessentia1 oz Strawberry Shrub1 oz Lemon Juice3 Dashes Lavender Bitters1 Egg White<br/>Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Double Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a strawberry slice and a sprig of mint.Wild Pink Gin & Tonic2 oz Wild Pin Gin by Og Natura4 oz Tonic Water1/2 lime lime wedge for garnish<br/>Pour gin into a highball glass (or rock glass for a stronger cocktail), squeeze the half lime to express juice into the glass. Fill remainder of glass with tonic water.
