Commentary
This message from Psalm 19 talks about the creation and that it points to its Creator and how the second half of the psalm refers to specific revelation, i.e., the Word of God. This chapter in the psalms is geared toward pointing to the glory of the Lawgiver and the sufficiency of the Law of that Lawgiver. The heavens, or we could say, nature, declares that God exists. This truth is asserted by the apostle Paul in Romans 1 also. The written Scripture explains God's written revelation of Himself. In a word, the second half of this Psalm is about the Sufficiency of the Bible.
