Qays Mahjoob

In August 2006, Qays "Matt" Mahjoob was a suspected predator involved in the Long Beach, California investigation. He is best known for his paranoia and being tasered by the police.  Mahjoob, who also went by the nickname "Matt", was 24 years old at the time when he started chatting with “Willow”, a girl he believed to be 13 years old. He talks to the decoy about fast food at first, then slowy tranistions to more graphic conversations. He talked about his obsession with Filipino women and his ambition to learn Tagalog. Mahjoob then told the decoy he would perform oral sex on her, questioned about her ability to perform oral sex, asked if she was shaved, expressed his desire for doggy-style sex and jacuzzi sex, and wanted to lick her breasts and buttocks.
