In the last episode, we talked about the SIMPLE and easy way of tracking your team's happiness. In today's episode, I am joyed to be joined by one of my former bosses, Lyndal Larkin. We will be diving into the topic of quiet quitting; the reasons why it happens, how to avoid it as a boss, and the experiences that both Lyndal and I have had with it. Lyndal Larkin is an accomplished and passionate Leadership Development Expert and Executive Coach. She has spent the past 20+ years as an HR executive in diverse industries ranging from early and mid-stage tech start-ups to luxury hospitality and global retail. As a high-energy and collaborative thought partner, Lyndal's passion is supporting organizations to build Ready-Now Leaders with deliberate strategies, systems, and skills. She currently does this by supporting Founders, CEOs, and the C-Suite with bespoke leadership team programming and resulted-focused executive coaching. She also leads Mastermind groups focused on supporting, celebrating, and accelerating the development of women leaders. Lyndal holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Washington. She received her executive coach training from CTI and is a certified Myers-Briggs, 7 Habits, and Korn Ferry Leadership Architect and 360 Assessment practitioner. She also recently completed her coaching certification from the Asian Leadership Institute as well as a certificate in Workplace Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Lyndal resides in Los Angeles.
