You can literally be playing it from a very young age all the way up to retirement age, and even beyond that as well. It is a very diverse sport and obviously we like to think we're very inclusive as well.”<br/><br/>“It's a really good way to get active, especially in the winter months when it's cold and dark and there's not too many alternatives.
