Ron makes a distinction between crimes and legislation and their ability to dissolve government. He said certain crimes of intrigue, like the assassination of President Kennedy and 9/11, were more like symptoms of dissolved government not the means of dissolving government. Whereas, legislation, that alters the form of government and its constitutional provisions without approval of the people or their states by amendment, dissolves government. The example Ron used was the Federal Reserve Act of 1913 which created a private central bank and the Federal Reserve Note which is explicitly forbidden in Article 1 Section 10. This act also allowed the central bank to loan the union currency with interest in direct violation of Article 1 Section Clause 4. This alone is enough to dissolve the United States as neither one of these modes of operation of government were approved by the people or their states by amendment. David from San Francisco called in defense of the US monetary system saying it was the best in the world and most respected coming from the most honest nation. Ron pointed out that even pirate success can be respected but it does not make piracy lawful or give pirates authority to govern. Lark in Texas called and gave his website for David to consider at http://tinyurl.com/LarkinTexas and Lark also recommended “Masters of Seduction” and “Masters of Deception.” Then Ron moved to the definitions of “conservative” and “liberal” showing that neither observe lawful government but rather are defined by certain issues which are not supported by the “principles of property” which would solve the problem when applied to the issue, disarming both conservative and liberal.
