Season 4 Episode 8: The Real Cause
As of today November 11th, we have approximately 213 mass shootings, this year. In 2021, there were 692 mass shootings. More than 2,500 children and teenagers in the U.S. have been either injured or killed by gunfire so far in 2022, according to the Gun Violence Archive (GVA).

Politicians, Law enforcement and even the news have a lot of excuses for why gun violence has been on the rise. They have even more possible solutions to the issues. However, then seem to overlook the same type of backstory most of these perpetrators give. The story of abused childhood, dysfunctional families and/or bullying.

My episode today will talk about my theory on the "the real cause" of the gun violence. We are not excusing their actions but explaining that sometimes getting to "the real cause" of an issue is the first step to finding a solution.
