This week's episode revolves around taking the time to love yourself and being good to yourself. Self-love allows you to reach a new level of security and happiness. Once you can learn to be good to yourself and love who you are, you will experience a state of happiness that you would not find otherwise. Loving and caring for yourself will allow you to love and care for others in your personal, social, or professional  circle. Additionally, I will discuss how we look outside of ourselves for love since this is how we typically find stability and confidence. Self- love is beneficial both mentally and physically. Please join me this week so that we can discuss ways to begin loving ourselves and spend less time looking for love outside of ourselves.
