David gives us a glimpse of the unique power and majesty and reach of the Anointed King of God. He is powerful, his rule is over all, there is no other in all the nations. Resistance is futile, so the saying goes. But there is no despair for those who love the forever King, with the forever Kingdom, because they are His people blessed forever.
