Shadow work on the Spiritual path

We often come to Reiki to feel better, we expect Reiki to give us more peace, healing, happiness. But often as we deepen and open we hit the shadow work. Years of suppressed emotions, trauma, stuck energies. Our conditioned response is to distract, suppress, medicate, run but that only keeps things as they are. In this episode we explore diving right in and what that may look like, become familiar and face difficult emotions to allow their release.
