Sheep and Glory

Jesus is the Chief Shepherd over his flock. As such, we must all follow him. The elders of the church are Jesus' undershepherds. They must shepherd the flock for Christ, together and well. Jesus is the true boss. The elders are called to lead and serve the flock for Jesus. For those who shepherd faithfully, Christ will give the unfading crown of glory.
