Stage 4- Rebuilding

Stage 4 in the path to healing after the death of a child or sibling is about rebuilding a life that doesn't involve them here in the physical world. This new reality includes learning the new you as you navigate through the world with a different perspective on life. Everything has changed, and so have you. We also share our experience in what we call "depression rehab" and understanding what triggers it.
