One of the number one mental illness in America is Anxiety disorder. A whopping 40 million American adults from 18 on up have been diagnosed. These are the chronic cases, but when you think about those who feel stressed, worry and suffer with a lighter case of anxiety it becomes a very big problem. As Christ followers we need to worship God and not worry. When we worry we are opening up ourselves to the enemy of our soul.
