He's been there for some of our biggest moments of the last five years.<br/><br/>Jake Jervis enjoyed his most prolific spell as a footballer at Home Park scoring 31 goals in 127 matches.<br/><br/>He featured in a Wembley final, won promotion and was part of that FA Cup run which saw us draw at Anfield - not bad for just three years.<br/><br/>A journey that started in the Midlands, weaved through Turkey and Scotland and then most recently in Finland, Jake's career as been full of incredible highs and numbing lows.<br/><br/>Throughout all that he has achieved though, Argyle is still incredibly close to his heart.
