Ms Monika Gupta. The lady with power of positivity and self belief which keeps one going - You are an extremely valuable, worthwhile significant person, The only event in the entire world you can control is what you are thinking and feeling at the present moment.Yoga Coach & Mental Health Expert, Ms. Monika Gupta, who got inspired by her own personal experience to be a yoga coach. She met with an accident and fell from the stairs while she was holding her toddler son in hands while trying to protect her son. She found out if this can help her, why not help others to stay fit mentally and physically. Yoga is not only any form of exercise but also a discipline. She mentions about the 8 rules of yoga where the first thing taught is one has to keep their social attributes clear and then can work on their mind, body, breathes, etc. To stay, to inculcate a healthy habit, kids should be given the chance to incorporate Yoga in their lives. Yoga so far has been looked at as a form of exercise for mid aged or elderly people however it is supremely beneficial for kids and young adults too. Moika Gupta takes twice a week session for Type 1 diabetics and their families without charging anything.
